WHISTLEBLOWING

Favillini Pharmaceutical Packaging Group S.p.A. has implemented a system for receiving, managing, analyzing and handling reports, including anonymous ones, providing whistleblowers (employees, collaborators, consultants, suppliers, partners, shareholders and members of corporate bodies) with a platform to report any irregularities they have become aware of to the designated Company body.
As described in the Whistleblowing Policy, Favillini Pharmaceutical Packaging Group S.p.A. ensures the protection and confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, as well as of other parties entitled to protection, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, and of the information contained in the report (including the identity of the person concerned by the report). In any case, it guarantees protection against any possible retaliation, even indirect, related to the reported facts.
The Platform must be used exclusively by the individuals defined as whistleblowers under the applicable regulations and for the indicated purposes. Reports that do not qualify as whistleblowing will not be taken into consideration, for example:

• Complaints, claims or personal requests relating to one’s employment relationship (to be submitted to the relevant HR departments).
• Complaints relating to service issues concerning the services provided by the company (to be submitted to the relevant company departments).

In addition to the above-mentioned Platform, which is to be considered the preferred option and suitable for ensuring the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity through IT tools, the following channels may also be used:

In the cases expressly provided for under Articles 6 and 19 of Legislative Decree 24/2023, it is also possible to submit a report to the competent Authority (ANAC) through the channel available at the following link: https://www.anticorruzione.it/-/whistleblowing.

The information and personal data communicated in the context of reports are processed to manage and follow up on the reports themselves, as well as to investigate any reported conduct and take the necessary measures in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.
